“You two... What are you two doing…” A voice spoke up. It was the leopard hat wearing year 2. “I’m sorry about the two buffoons.  My name is Trafalgar Law. Nice to meet you.” He extended his hand and I shook it. “(Full name). “

“Come sit with us, we have extra space here. Since you’ve already been pulled here…” I nodded slightly, seeing how he was feeling bad for me. “Thank you.”

When all of the students were settled down, uncle Roger cleared his throat to get our attention. “It’s 12 noon, so that means lunch time. This is the very first meal for the year 1s here and the very first meal of the year, so let’s have a grand toast to initiate everything!” Snapping his fingers, a glistening sound echoed the dining hall as wine glasses appeared in front of all of us, with a shining translucent gold liquid.

“The ever famous Valhallian Wine, available within the holy ground of our school and nowhere else. Let’s make a toast!” His voice boomed in excitement, “bet he’s eager to drink that. Look at him and his undeniable childish grin.” I whispered and Law looked over. “So you know him after all.”

“What…?” At that point, everyone’s on their feet, toasting to our near future.

“Nothing. Congratulations, (l/n)-ya.” Law held up the wine towards me and I responded. Our glass rim clinked and we took a sip before proceeding to sit.

Lunch was served and I observed my new classmates and seniors. They were eating so sophisticatedly – with the exception of Penguin and Sachi…

Looking over to the House of Fire, I could see many people protecting their own plate from a certain someone. Behind me, was the House of Wind. They were having so much laughter and joy while they were eating and I couldn’t help but smile.

”Brothers’ from that house, I wonder where are they?”

At the other end, was the House of Earth. They were eating and was laughing once in a while. As I was about to turn back, a pair of red sunglasses caught my interest, or rather, I caught its wearer’s interest. I ignored it, however, and went back to eat my pudding.

“This is almost like my previous school,” I stated, causing Penguin and Sachi to lean forward. “Oh which school did you attend??”

“The school of mythology.”

“Awesome, Law’s from that school too!”

“Shush it and just eat your lunch…!” Law growled but he was not being aggressive about it.

“(Y/N)!!!”

Once I heard that voice, my body instantly leapt away. “Luffy! How many times must I repeat! Don’t yell at the dinner table! Go back and finish up… Oh wait… Never mind, forget what I said about finishing up.” Luffy got up from his crouching position and pouted. “Aww but it’s been so long since I saw you!”

“Luffy, stop messing around and get back to your seat.” Dragon scolded from the faculty table. “But dad~”

“Stop whining Luffy, listen to your dad and let me eat in peace.” I sighed and pointed towards his table. “Luffy! Get back here! How dare you steal my meat!”

“Wah Ace!”

I looked around, not many students seemed to be interested in this commotion, only the other 99 freshmen are looking. Well, 98 stares and one glare.

“Hello (nickname), great to see you again!” Ace waved and we exchanged a quick hug. “I’ll catch you around later, now I just need to CATCH LUFFY GET BACK HERE!”

“My oh boy oh my…”


It was 1: 15 pm and classes were about to begin. All our seniors headed back to class while the first year was given a tour of our sleeping quarters by Miss Hancock. Fire House’s sleeping quarters was in the Tower of Aries, the Water House’s was in the Tower of Cancer, Wind was in Tower of Gemini and Earth was in the Tower of Taurus.

Once we were showed the route, we headed to the dungeon towers. There was a total of 7 now that one more tower was added in.

“You’ll be tested in these dungeons, whether is it for exams, faculty’s own desire to see or for graduations, I guarantee everyone WILL go through dungeons. But, what I can’t guarantee is your life.” Miss Hancock smirked, almost evilly. She must really hate her job… Hahahahaha…Ha…

Chills down several student’s spines as they timidly looked at the towers. I looked at my feet, feeling a little sorry for them. Dungeons are scary, and I swore I’ll never step foot in there willingly.

Guess I can’t avoid it my entire life. I skimmed side to side and saw many students sweating profusely. “Erm, Miss Hancock?”

“Yes, dear?”

“When you do think us year 1s would enter to one of this?” I questioned. If we were to know when we would be entering, perhaps it would let them prepare.

“Hmmm, I think you freshmen will enter a real dungeon in a month’s time, with a lecturer of course. Just to experience the thrills. But, it’s up to your individual teachers, really. You might even be fortunate enough to go into the dungeon within this week!” She clapped her hands together.

“This week?!” Someone shrieked. It was Shina Gow. “Yes, there’s a possibility. Anyway, let’s move on to the rest of the school. A year 2 student will be your guide from here.” The woman walked away towards her class as a top hat-wearing male waved at us from a distance as he rode over on a horse.

“Hello, nice to meet all of you. My name is Sabo Outlook and I am a year 2 from the House of Fire. This beauty over here is Shade. If you’re wondering as to why I’m on Shade, it’s because I was having a beast taming lesson. You’ll learn more about it later on.”

Hopping off his stallion, he looked straight at me. “Why hello there (y/n). Fancy seeing you around.”

“Haha, very funny. Go do your job as a guide.” I nodded my head towards the path that we were supposed to take to continue our tour.

“Hmf! Rude ass bitch. How dare you speak to Sabo in such a manner!” Shina went up to Sabo and wrapped her arms tightly around Sabo’s. “Stop causing a s-”

“Let’s go, everyone~ Sabo, lead the way~!”

”I swear…”

“Seems like you’ve make quite a “friend” over there.” A gentle spoke, it was a girl about my height with piercing bye eyes and jet black shoulder length hair. “Hm. What’s your name?”

“Terra Ushimera. Nice to meet you, I’m from the House of Water as well.” She introduced as we caught up with the group. “Nice. The name’s (Full name).” We converse once in a while but listen to Sabo attentively most of the time. It was all valuable information.

“And that concludes the entire guide. Hope all of you enjoy school, it’s going to be very interesting this year. Even the judging this year was different.”

Sabo~ What’s the plan now?” Shina asked sweetly as he looked left. “Well… Since it’s already 5 pm, I was instructed to bring you all to get washed up and prepare for dinner. After which, it’ll be free time and bed time. Oh, bedtime is 11 pm sharp. And lesson starts 8 am tomorrow. Individual schedules have been placed on your bed, please remember your wand. It’s very important.” Sabo reminded us as he tilted his hat down, smirking slightly.

“Oooh you just look sooo handsome when you smile like that!” Shina cooed and I held back my laugh. Terra looked over and saw my gaze and she followed. She, too, held back her laugh. Sabo was rolling his eyes so much even my head hurts.

“Right… Anyway, everyone, please head to the sapphire crystal room and get washed up. Another student would continue to be your guide.” Once all of them disperse, I walked over to Sabo and I cleared my throat.

“Shina, I would appreciate it if you released him now and go freshen up like a proper lady of the Gow family.”

“Why you-! I’ll deal with you later!” The two of us watched as she stormed off.

“How was your date?” I teased, never once taking my sight off the disappearing figure. Sabo gave a heavy sigh and took off his top hat and placed it on me. “Not a date. Never. Please. Good to see you here, (y/n). How is it so far?”

“Eh~ Made a friend, met a few seniors. Life’s good.” I mused and Sabo pouted. “Aww, what about me? Didn’t you miss me?”

“You?” I raised an eyebrow at him before giggling and gave him a long hug. “Great to see you too Sabo.” I pressed my cheeks against his chest and lived the short blissful moment. “It’s times like this I love. Quiet and peaceful.”

“Me too, (y/n), me too.”
